POLLUTION CONTROL EQUIPMENTS

VIBRO TECH Manufactures range of pollution control system including odour control & Sulphar Dioxide removal system from Exhaust gases. the systems are used with combination of scrubber & Chemical Oxidant absorbent to remove odour causing compounds. 

BLOWERS & EXHAUSTERS

VIBRO TECH manufactures varied range of Centrifugal fans with low, high & medium pressure. 

Single inlet single fan & Double inlet double width fans are also manufactured. 

Fans Casting:
Fans are manufactured in M.S/S.S/P.P & can be FRO/Rubber linded, 

Impeller:
Fans with forward, backward, redial tip blades are available. impellers are statically & Dynamically balanced.

Drive: 
Direct Drive or shaft & Belt type arrangement are available. 

Applications: 
General ventilation, Fume exhaust, material Conveying, Cupola, Furnace, process Industry etc. 

AXAIL FLOW FANS

VIBRO TECH axial flow fans are available in wide range of air delivery from 2000 cfm to 82000 cfm up to 3" W.G.S.P

Axial fan have cast aluminum alloy impeller statically & Dynamically balanced, 

They are design for a optimum relation between Air quantity, Powder consumption and pressure. Directly coupled impeller on motor shaft & Shaft driven impeller designs are available.

Applications: 

Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Crop Drying, Mines & Ships, Process Industry etc. 

CYCLONE SEPARATOR

 VIBRO TECH Cyclonic separators are used as per pre cleaner to remove coarse dust from air stream. 

VIBRO TECH line of cyclonic separators include Single, dual and guad cyclones. Multi cyclones are capable of standing high temperature range and more efficient by virtue when more than one cyclone is put in parallel operations. Cyclones can be built in parallel operations. Cyclone can be built of virtually any material, ceramic lined cyclones with removable wear plates are also available

When dust hopper are used, manual slide gates or automatic discharge through rotary valves are used

Applications: 

Crushing Grinding, Abrasive Cleaning, material.

 

BAG TYPE DUST COLLECTOR

 VIBRO TECH dust collectors are available in filter or bag fabric type for removing fine solid contaminants from air by means of cloth filtrate. To achieve high collection efficiency different materials for filter bags like polyester, Needle felt, Polypropylene, Nylon and Acrylic etc are used as per applications. 

Bags cleaning is achieved mechanically or by motor or by reverse air jet methods, 

Casting material can be S.S./M.S. 

Applications: 

Crushing, Grinding, Flour mill, Furnaces, Abrasive cleaning, Process Industry etc. 

VENTURI SCRUBBER

VIBRO TECH Venturi Scrubber are available in wetted and non wetter approach. VIBRO Scrubber provide proper scrubbing threat geometry with constant angle expandable to maximize energy recovery, A number of entrainment separators are available to simplifying installation i.e. vertical and horizontal to minimize Connected duct length. These scrubber are available in stainless Steel, Mild Steel, Fiberglass reinforced polyester, Rubber lined Steel and ceramic lined steel. Individual  units are available for up to 425,00 m3/hr

Applications:
Foundries, Cupola, Boilers, Furnaces Crushing and grinding chemical plants, non-ferrous melting, process industry etc.

PACKED BED SCRUBBERS

VIBRO TECH makes packed bed scrubber are used to absorb gas phase contaminants from exhaust gas steam. VIBRO packed bed scrubber are available in fiberglass, reinforced polyester, stainless steel, mild steel & Rubber lined steel. the system use variety of packing material including polythene, ceramic and various metals, The system include polythene, ceramic and various metal. The systems including fans, duct work Vertical/Horizontal Flow Scrubber, hoods and mist eliminator. 
M.S/PVC/P.P dusting with FRP Lining are also supplied.

Chemical Plates, Plating & Phosphating Plants

FIBRE CANDLE FILTER

VIBRO TECH candle filter as used as in expensive solution to mist emission control problems. Candle are instead vertical & gases pass horizontally through filter wall filter medium can be glasswool, polypropylene & Polyester Filter. 

Applications:

Sulphur acid mist, Phosphoric acid mist, Fertilizer Prill towers, Dry/Wet Chlorine

DEMISTER PAD

VIBRO TECH make demister pad ensure removal of liquid and mist in liquid gas/ vapour processing operation to prevent expensive liquid and reduce atmosphere pollution. the system has no moving parts is light and designed as per customer specification. 

Pads are offered in wide choice of material i.e. Hostaflon monofilament, S.S-304, 316, 316 mesh etc.
