Kelleys powder spray cum recovery booths offer unmatched efficiency of over sprayed powder. The booths are made with modular panel , factory preset for easy transportation and installation . Booths can be fitted with overhead conveyors, trolley, lose tracks

Recovery
Constant suction of over sprayed powder with dynamically balanced impeller reduces powder loses.

Transfer Efficiency
Due to uniform and smooth air flow pattern charged powder from gun surrounds the object, uniformly resulting in higher transfer efficiency.

Easy Cleaning
The air flow pattern sweep the booth walls thereby preventing any powder accumulation on them.

Cyclone Design
Single cyclone is most commonly used offering easy colour change facilities. Multi cyclone offers high collection efficiency with 3 or more cyclone.
