Kelleys curing oven are highly energy efficient and require less initial heat up & batch timing due to improved design. The oven are suitable to achieve temp. up to 250oC & more and are suitable for Powder Coating and Liquid Painting application . Ovens can have choice of heating arrangement i.e. Electrical , Oil, Diesel & LPG

KELLEYS ELECTRIC OVEN

Kelleys convection oven are designed to have lower heat load requirement.

Construction : - Kelleys oven is fabricated from angle frame and outer shell is double walled and glass wool insulated, Circulating fan blows air over heaters.

Heating Arrangement : Air heater of reputed make for continues operation are mounted on sides or in heater box of the oven.

Kelleys batch type as well as conveorised diesel fired oven are extensively used in Paint Shop.

The design is indirect heated wherein clean air is circulated over two or three pass stainless steel fabricated heat exchanger

Construction : - The Oven is angle iron fabricated into which are fixed insulated cassettes. Heat resistant sealent seals the joint between cassettes. Circulating fan draws air over heat exchanger and feeds back into working chamber through ADB’s

Burner : Monoblock type with sequential controller, photocell & blower

KELLEYS CONVERISED OVEN

Kelleys converised oven are designed for powder & enamel curing requirement as convection heated type or as radiation heated type the heat input input can either be Electrical or Diesel.

Conveyor
Overload type using cantipiller drive and screw type take up unit. Suitable for elevated temperature.

Control Panel
Independent Control Panel consisting of air break contractor , push button, indicating, temperature controller with proper interlocking & safety thermostat.

Kelleys oven be also designed from 250^oC – 600^oC temperature. Equipment are designed as per customers design & specification. Converised , Tray, Trolley type oven application varing from Brake lining , PCBs, Engg. Converised electric with multiple temperature zones can also be supplied.
